Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons oil Juice
- 1 large lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- Break the cauliflower into small florets, rinse and drain.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well.
- Add the cauliflower and toss well.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.
